Retained Consultative Executive Search Process
Though individual steps may differ, in general, our search process consists
of four phases:
Discovery - The specifics of the leadership position are detailed and confirmed.
Initial Candidate Identification & Evaluation - A primary list of candidates is compiled and evaluated; preliminary finalists are identified.
Client Evaluation of Finalists - Preliminary finalists are interviewed and evaluated by the client and a finalist is agreed upon.
- Placement &Transition - An offer is extended, references are checked, the clients internal hiring processes are completed and continual follow-up takes place to ensure the sale is accomplished and a smooth transition into the new job has taken place.
