Leadership Development
Leadership is a learned skill even for the “born leaders’. For executives at all levels, including partners and senior managers, David has dramatically helped guide them to greater success and career satisfaction.
- Leadership skills: Just because a person has the technical skills to perform at the next level doesn’t guarantee they will have the leadership and management skills necessary to perform at a higher level. In many instances those skills need further development. We capitalize on our experience to offer clients executive coaching and leadership development to selected senior individuals, focusing on bridging the gap by developing strong leadership skills. We are retained by client companies to coach senior leadership under a formal executive coaching assignment.This is discussed in more detail at Client-Organizations / Leadership Development.
- Coaching candidates and referral sources: The candidate and referral sources we speak to are already very successful individuals. But in many instances they believe they are not achieving the professional and/or personal satisfactions they desire. To the extent they are interested in having confidential discussion with us regarding greater career success (Maslow’s self actualization; being all you can be; see Maximizing Your Potential) and/or work-life balance, we are available. We are delighted to informally coach our candidates and referral sources on a limited basis.
