We’re only as good as the people we get to know and the relationships we maintain.

Our executive search business is based on personal relationships and referrals, which distinguishes us from many other “headhunters”. Our relationships with CPAs and other senior financial executives allow us to know many of the best and the brightest accounting and financial leaders. While we often help these individuals with informal career advice, they in turn are very interested in helping underemployed peers who would be delighted to confidentially consider a significant advancement opportunity. Again, one of our core values is confidentiality. So we will never disclose a referral source who wishes no attribution to them.
